What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only for international orders.
What courier do you use?
We ship orders via PhilPost, our local postal service using Registered Mail. Tracking is available once your order has been dispatched.
How long does international shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3–7 weeks, depending on your location and local postal service. Please note that delays may happen, especially during peak seasons.
Local Buyers FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash or bank transfer. QR codes will be provided upon check out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat ₱70 for small, non-bulky orders and ₱90 for bulky orders.
What courier do you use?
Local orders are shipped via J&T Express.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 1-2 days for Luzon and 2-5 days for Visayas and Mindanao area.
